About the role
We're hiring a Web Developer who ships clean, fast, maintainable websites. You'll work end-to-end on client sites. from build and integrations to performance, SEO, and launch. We build with React and Next.js for speed and quality, deployed on AWS and DigitalOcean.
What you'll do
- Build production-grade websites and landing pages
- Develop on Next.js, React, and headless CMS
- Integrate forms, payments, bookings, and CRMs
- Own performance, accessibility, and on-page SEO
- Deploy, host, and maintain client websites
What we're looking for
- 2+ years building websites in production
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals
- Strong React / Next.js experience
- Care about performance and Core Web Vitals
- Understanding of on-page SEO basics
Nice to have
- E-commerce (custom or Shopify) experience
- TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
- Familiarity with DigitalOcean / hosting & DNS
- Basic design sensibility
