1. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the website:

• Enquiries: your name, email, phone number, company, website and project details when you fill in a contact or quote form.
• WhatsApp, phone and email: the messages and contact details you share when you reach us directly.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, CV, portfolio links and anything else you send when applying to work with us.
• Client projects: business information, content and access credentials you provide so we can deliver the work you hire us for.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept for security and to keep the site running.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes and proposals.
• To deliver, host, maintain and support the services you hire us for.
• To consider job applications.
• To send invoices and handle payments.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only where needed to provide our services, with trusted providers who process it on our behalf, such as:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers (for example DigitalOcean, AWS and Cloudflare).
• Communication tools such as email and WhatsApp.
• Payment gateways, when you pay an invoice online.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and for any period required by law (for example tax and accounting records). Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and how it is used.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
• Ask us to erase it, where we no longer need it.
• Withdraw consent you have given, at any time.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
• Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

Our site links to client websites and third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
