1. Using this website

You may browse this website for personal and business information. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to break its security, copy it wholesale, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Quotes and proposals

Prices shown on this website are indicative ranges. The scope, price, timeline and payment schedule for your project are set out in your written quote or proposal. A project starts once you accept the quote and any agreed advance payment is received.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide content, images, logins and feedback on time. Delays on your side can move the delivery date.
• Make sure you have the rights to any content, logos and images you give us to use.
• Review and approve work at each agreed stage.

4. Payments

Invoices are payable on the terms shown in your quote. Ongoing services such as hosting, maintenance, SEO and marketing are billed in advance for each period. We may pause ongoing services if an invoice is significantly overdue, after giving you notice. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST unless stated otherwise.

5. Changes to scope

Work that falls outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it. We will always tell you before anything changes the price.

6. Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website design, content and the code written specifically for you. We may keep using our own general tools, components and know-how on other projects. Third-party software, fonts, plugins and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.

7. Portfolio

Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the finished work, your name and logo in our portfolio and case studies.

8. Hosting and third-party services

Where we host or manage your website, we use reputable providers and work to keep it online, secure and backed up. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by third parties such as hosting providers, domain registrars, Google, Meta or payment gateways.

9. Results

We work hard to grow your traffic and leads, and we share real results from past clients. However, search rankings and advertising performance depend on factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.

11. Ending the work

Either side can end an ongoing service with 30 days' written notice. For fixed-price projects, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You pay for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

12. Confidentiality

We keep your business information and any access credentials confidential and use them only to deliver your project.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
